Check spam or filtered mail, then request a new link from the SecondLook sign-in page. Links expire, work once, and should not be forwarded. Open the link on the same device and browser that requested it.

Start with the safest self-service path.
This page covers the current product controls without asking you to share a suspicious message again. A published direct support channel is required before paid enrollment opens.
An analysis did not complete
SecondLook never silently retries a complete model analysis. A provider transport failure is not saved as a normal completed result and does not use the monthly completed allowance, although daily safety attempt limits still apply. Submit again only as a new action you choose.
A plan or payment needs attention
Your settings show the trusted database-backed plan state. Stripe hosts payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. A scheduled cancellation keeps Pro through the paid period; cancellation or account deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
You want to remove saved data
Delete one result from its saved-analysis page, delete all history in settings, or close the account there. Account deletion confirms the trusted Stripe Customer is ended first so an active recurring subscription is not left behind.
